Who Can Attend
In order to attend Camp Sue Osborn, students must be recognized as having a disability by a local school system in Lake or Geauga County, Ohio. This includes all children with documented learning disabilities, vision impairments, hearing impairments, and those with orthopedic, developmental, or multiple handicaps.
In order to provide the best possible care and experience for your camper, we need you to complete the Camper Application Form in its entirety, as well as the Teacher Report Form. Please return BOTH no later than May 15th to allow time for bussing arrangements. Camp information letters will be mailed in early June.
If you would like to be considered for financial assistance for one or both camps, please fill out the Campership Application Form and return it no later than June 1st.
